Bug reports and format requests
If a tool produced a broken file, a page didn't load, or you'd like a format or feature added, email hello@pixelbench.example. Include the tool you were using, your browser and OS, and — if you can — the file that caused the problem. Since nothing is uploaded anywhere by design, attaching the file to your email is the only way for a report to include it; leave it out if it's sensitive and describe the issue instead.

What not to send here
This inbox isn't a support queue for a hosted service — there's no account system, no billing, and no data stored about you to look up. If your question is about how a tool works, check that tool's FAQ section first; most of what would otherwise be a support ticket is already answered there.
